We are thrilled to announce that as of 1st September 2022, Kinghans Accountants and Advisors added a new firm to their business!

Louw & Co, an accounting firm located at 22 Picton Street, Howick, has been acquired by us, where we (Kinghans Limited) will be trading as Louw & Co before transitioning to Kinghans Limited - Howick.

Not much has changed with our Auckland and Opua branches and you can still visit us there as well at our brand-new Howick branch.

The merger with Louw & Co fits into Kinghans Accountants and Advisors’ business strategy to provide advisory for our client’s businesses when their business needs it and establish a one-on-one relationship with each of our clients so we can tailor our advice to our client’s business.

The merger brings together great skill sets from both firms and we are really looking forward to helping our clients with the additional expertise and advisory skills that have now been added to our team.

What does this mean for you?

This merger hasn’t changed how we do business or approach our clients; we value our clients and their businesses, and our clients will continue to receive the same high-quality service they have come to expect.

We are the same team, located at the same location but with additional staff and a few changes. This expansion of our business means that with a quicker turnaround in the financials, it will now allow us to provide you with the necessary information to make informed business decisions.

Louw & Co bring their accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and advisory expertise to the table and we really believe this will help our clients and their businesses and provide that additional support and advice to your queries no matter how big or small.
