Xero Price Increases - Sept 2024

We are committed to keeping our clients informed about important updates that impact their business.
As you may know, Xero is introducing a new set of business plans starting on 12 September 2024. One of the most significant changes is the transition away from the Xero GST Cashbook to the new Xero Ignite plan.

What Does This Mean for You?

  • New Plan Details: The Xero Ignite plan, priced at $35 per month (excluding GST), will replace the Xero GST Cashbook. This new plan is tailored to meet the needs of small businesses by providing essential accounting tools in one streamlined package.

  • Increased Functionality: Unlike the previous GST Cashbook, the Xero Ignite plan allows you to send up to 20 invoices per month, which is a significant improvement for those who need basic invoicing capabilities.

  • Fee Changes: Starting from 01 October 2024, this fee will be oncharged to all our clients using the Xero Ignite plan. We understand that cost increases are difficult, and we are committed to ensuring that you receive the best value from this transition.

Additionally, there will be changes to the pricing of other Xero plans:

  • Starter Plan: Price will increase to $35/month from $33/month.

  • Standard Plan: Price will increase to $75/month from $71/month.

  • Premium Plan: Price will increase to $99/month from $94/month.

  • Ultimate Plan: Price will increase to $113/month from $105/month.

While these changes may require some adjustment, they also come with new features that can help simplify your business operations, we are here to assist you every step of the way. If you have any questions about the new Xero plans or how they will affect your accounting processes, please contact us.

Thank you for your continued trust in our services. We look forward to helping you navigate these changes and continue supporting your business’s success.
